Dear Backers,

I sent out surveys over a week ago and I'm waiting for them to come in. There are about 50 surveys that haven't been completed. If you haven't received your survey, please contact me and I will resend it or check what the issue is.  If there are any other problems, feel free to contact me.

As for the progress being made, the sample is still with the printer and being printed. The manual is completely edited and formatted and will be printed with the sample. I will show pictures once I receive everything. Here is a picture from a sample I did through Make Playing Cards (the cards are printed smaller though this company and this is just a sample I created). I'm not the best photographer so its a little blurry.

Surveys Going Out This Weekend. Also 580 Trees Were Planted!

Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to let everyone know that surveys will be going out this weekend.  These surveys will collect your addresses (which you will be able to change if needed) and allow you to select the font style you want for your Uncover Your Past Lives Oracle. Some surveys will be sent out before others to make sure everything is set up the right way. If there are any issues, please feel free to contact me at [email protected]. 

Trees Were Planted!

As part of each reward, I promised to plant trees (through onetreeplanted.org). The total to plant by the end of the campaign was 578 trees (one tree is 1$ USD).   The various areas I selected from were  California, Rowanda, Australia, British Columbia, Amazon Rainforest, and coastal areas to protect orcas. Deck Packs 2 and 3

As stated in the last update, if you are overseas and want to upgrade your pledge to Deck Pack 3 you will be able to do so. There is a link under the "Get Started"  button on each survey that says "Switch Your Pledge". For those who wanted Deck Pack 2 but couldn't select it due to being overseas, you can now upgrade to a reward titled "Deck Pack 3." I was able to offer this overseas through deciding to do a small print run of the Color of Love Kit and The EFT Divination Kit and having them shipped to the same fulfillment center that the Uncover Your Past Lives Oracle will be shipped to (making it a lot easier to ship deck packs to any location).  They were prior offered through thegamecrafter.com.  For backers, these decks will be printed in higher quality card stock, sturdier box, and a mini manual (as opposed to instruction sheets).  They will also be printed more eco-friendly by using a mix of recycled and FSC card stock and soy-based inks. The Color of Love Kit will also have rainbow silver edging. All backers who ordered Deck Pack 2 will also receive these upgraded versions of the kits. The only thing that Deck Pack 3 is missing is that it offers the Cards-Only version of the Healers of the Earth Oracle (with digital manual) instead of the boxed.

The Printing Process

The cards and manual have been professionally edited and I have to go through the edits. The cards are still with the printer to print a sample. But I will keep everyone updated on the progress.

Surveys and More

Hi Everyone!

The funds have finally come in, so I am putting together the surveys this week and will send them out this weekend. These surveys will collect shipping addresses and will also allow you to pick the font style you want with your deck. You can also choose to add a physical manual if you selected the pledge that came without one (since some have asked).  Also, if your pledge was dropped due to the inability to collect funds, you will have an opportunity to try again (since some have asked).

If you have to move after submitting the survey, you will be able to update your address through Backerkit before everything is shipped. I will send out an update a couple of weeks before shipping to remind people to change their addresses if they need to.

Deck Pack 3

I have added a "Deck Pack 3" that backers can upgrade to using their pledge survey (when it is sent out this weekend). This is for those international backers who have asked me for a way to be able to purchase Deck Pack 2 from an overseas location.  I have found a fulfillment center that I can ship everything to. The only difference, other than a slightly lower price, is that the Healers of the Earth Oracle (still the bordered edition) will be boxless with a digital manual and pouch. If you pledged for Deck Pack 2 and want to switch to Deck Pack 3, you can do so, as well.

Printing Progress

The cards are with one of my printers who is setting them up to print a sample.  Once I get a sample I will send some photos. The basic design for the boxes is below (the inside parts will be purple and the outside will have the card back design on it). This is a box that opens like a book and has a magnetic flap. I've asked for there to be no insert as it is more eco-friendly without it and it was the foam type that cards get trapped under. 

 The Manual

The manual is still going through an editing process and the editor should be done some time this week. Then, I simply go through the changes she made. Definitions for the additional cards have been created and also spaces in the manual to record your own themes and definitions for the blank cards (front and back).

The Cards Have Been Sent to the Printer to Order a Proof

Dear backers,

I have been working hard this week to complete all the cards and I have sent them to the printer to print a sample deck. There are now 85 cards to the deck. For the third stretch goal, I added a "Secret Society" card, and for the 4th stretch goal I added an "Astral Experiences" card which two  backers contributed the idea for. 

 I also added 3 blank cards that the reader can use to add three additional scenarios.  

Providing or Changing Addresses

Many backers have contacted me regarding how to change or add an address. This is done through surveys which are sent out closer to the ship-date. I am also setting up an account with Backerkit which allows the option to let backers change their address. I will send an update informing people before sending out these surveys. These surveys will also collect information on what style of font you want your deck to be (Ink Free or Daniel) and whether you want to add a physical manual (if you pledged for the reward that didn't include it).

Pre-orders

For those who missed out on contributing to the campaign or had difficulties with backing the deck using a credit card, I will be setting up a pre-order page as soon as I can (which accepts PayPal). I spent the week creating the new cards and making edits to the other cards and wanted to get those off to the printer as soon as I could so that there wouldn't be delays with production in June.

The Uncover Your Past Lives Oracle is Funded!

Hi Everyone!

I am happy to pass along the news that the campaign is now funded! And with this, my heartfelt appreciation goes out to everyone who followed this campaign, backed it, or offered their encouragement <3  I also thank those who gave me the push I needed to launch. It has made me aware of how much positivity, support, and community can be found in the world, even when times are difficult. 

I also wanted to inform everyone that a fourth stretch goal has also been met today, so the deck will now have 82 cards!  Any theme ideas are welcome as it might give me an angle that I haven't thought of. Once this card has been designed, the next step is to print a sample from the printer and then proceed with printing them. 

I know it is a Friday night so want to wish everyone a wonderful night and weekend ahead. Stay safe and if anyone has any questions, I can be contacted through the campaign or at [email protected].
