Replacement Decks

Hi Everyone,
I hope most people have received their decks now. For the replacements to Canada and US, I'm still waiting for my own shipment to arrive. I was supposed to have it by now but it appears stuck at the border. It was delivered by UPS too, so I'm trying to investigate what the issue is. As soon as it is cleared by customs, I expect to have it in a few days. Sorry for the wait. Once I receive the shipment I will send out the packages the next day.

Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping most backers have received their packages, though I do know there are some packages still in transit. I'm keeping a list of backers who report damage. I have decided not to reprint boxes and to send out replacement decks instead. I've already shipped replacement books to those whose books were crumpled and I will send out replacement packages of decks and books (if applicable) to those on the list later this week. I will send out tracking numbers once I have them.
This is just a short note to keep everyone updated. I hope everyone has an amazing week <3

Hi Everyone,
As some of you are receiving your packages, I'm starting to get feedback that they weren't packaged well. I feel so sorry about that. When I first signed up for the fulfillment center I was shown boxes with paper fill and when it came time to ship, I was only given the option of the plastic packaging. I was worried and they assured me that they would wrap them in bubble wrap and two bubble envelopes. I feel mortified product is coming up damaged, to the point I've halted all shipping until I figure out what to do.
If your product came damaged, please contact me and I will replace it. No creator wants their product to arrive damaged, especially for a Kickstarter, and it is important to me that people feel happy with it.
So, if anyone needs their product replaced, please contact me.

Hi Everyone!
All of the rewards were shipped early this week and I finally finished sending out tracking numbers last night. The decks are shipping from a fulfillment facility in China that was recommended by the printer. The time it takes for delivery is different for many countries (anything from 5 - 30 days) and with Covid and the election in the US, I hope people can be patient. Also, despite being shipped out earlier this week, some packages still show unlisted or processing. A few rewards shipped out as multiple packages. I wanted to get the rewards out quickly instead of waiting for them to order more packaging supplies.

I excitedly wait for everyone to receive their packages. I hope everyone enjoys using the deck as much as I enjoyed creating it. With the past life deck, I created it looking for a comprehensive tool for myself to use that could detect a variety of scenarios.
